Albert Dyck Park is a public park in the city of Abbotsford, BC in which the FVWSC resides. For members with access to the club facility within the park, they are provided with a club boat (with a truck and trailer for launching), dock, slalom course, jump, ropes, handles, life jackets, waterskis, and essentially everything required to participate in the sport.
The Sumas site is popular with the club's barefooters as it provides excellent glassy water and long runs. You must have your own boat to ski at this location as only a launch is provided.
Our members' abilities range from beginner to expert and we always welcome newcomers. Please do not hesitate to join if you would like to begin your waterski career for fun or train for world-class competition.
We offer "Public Ski Days" every Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in July and August. This is an excellent time to come try out the course, learn to get up on one, do some flips on your wakeboard or go for a few footin' runs.
Simply fill out the form available here and follow all proceeding instructions.
